What is the recommended temperature in a cold plunge?
Temperatures can range from 40-50F for regular plungers. We encourage you to plunge into water that’s cold enough to scare you.
Beginners recommended temperatures range from 50-60F. We are here to help if you need guidance.
How long should a cold plunge session be for maximum benefits?
The rule of thumb is the colder the water, the shorter the immersion. We recommend 1-3 minutes per round, for 3 rounds.
The optimal recommendation is 11 minutes per week of cold exposure.
How much of the body should be submerged for maximum benefits?
We recommend full-body submersion, including shoulders, up to the neck.
What are the physical health benefits of cold plunging?
Some of the benefits include but are not limited to reducing inflammation and enhancing blood circulation.
What are the mental health benefits of cold plunging?
Cold plunging can help boost mood and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. It causes endorphins to be released, which are known as ‘feel good’ hormones. You can also notice better mental clarity and focus.
Does it help to increase my cold plunge duration?
Increasing your duration by adding a few seconds to each session can lead to greater benefits for both mind and body. Focus on increments of 30 seconds or more.

How should I prepare for a sauna session?
Proper hydration is essential for a successful sauna session. If you feel lightheaded, we advise you to leave the sauna.
Does deliberate heat exposure offer physical benefits?
Yes, it supports mood and mental health as well as boosting cardiovascular health and immunity.
What is the recommended temperature of a traditional dry sauna?
The recommended temperature of a traditional dry sauna ranges between 176-212F.
How often should I sauna?
We recommend a minimum of 2-3x per week for 15-20 minutes.
You will see the most benefits by committing to 90 minutes per week.
Can traditional sauna use increase growth hormone?
Yes, by a significant amount!
RED LIGHT THERAPY
What is red light therapy?
Red light therapy is a treatment of low levels of red light that targets skin and cellular function.
Does red light therapy hurt the skin?
Red light therapy uses very low levels of heat which does not hurt or burn the skin, nor does it expose your skin to damaging UV rays.
What are the benefits of red light therapy?
Benefits include incredible energy boosts, the stimulation of mitochondria, anti-aging for skin such as wrinkles, in addition to laugh lines, and wound healing.
How does red light therapy help cellular function?
Near-infrared light penetrates deep into your tissues, activating the mitochondria in your brain cells to perform better by giving them more energy.
How often should I use a red light therapy panel?
A daily 15-30 minute session is recommended, but if that’s not convenient, make sure the sessions are done consistently and at the same time of day.
Are there any side effects of red light therapy?
There are no side effects of red light therapy.

Can I use sauna and cold plunge while pregnant?
We recommend that you consult your doctor before using any of the services.
What do I need to bring with me to my session?
You should bring a bathing suit. We provide towel and flip flop service.
